Guidelines for fair, ethical, and compliant participation on the Amihan platform.

Amihan was created to make land and digital assets accessible in a transparent and community-driven way. To protect participants and the integrity of the platform, we ask all users to follow these guidelines.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Activities involving fraud, money laundering, or attempts to bypass legal restrictions are strictly prohibited.
The platform should not be used to mislead, exploit, or manipulate others. All interactions, whether governance participation, transactions, or proposals, must be conducted with honesty and fairness.
Users are expected to safeguard their accounts, wallets, and private information. Attempts to compromise platform security, disrupt operations, or abuse smart contracts will not be tolerated.
Amihan values a collaborative and respectful environment. Harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other participants goes against the spirit of open participation and will result in removal from the platform.
Participation in Amihan is a privilege. By engaging with the platform, users accept responsibility for their actions and decisions, including the risks associated with digital assets.
