Our maiden project, Mercedes Island—a stunning 64-hectare private island in the Philippines—sets the stage for a new era of luxury, wellness, and decentralized ownership.
RWA TOKEN ECOSYSTEM
We seek to create a layered blockchain ecosystem that eventually will allow token holders to trade multiple assets and participate as both real asset owners through tokens and members of the AMIHAN ecosystem. Mercedes Island, the pilot project of AMIHAN Communities, introduces a dual-token structure to enable decentralized ownership, community utility, and cross-border real estate access in a fully blockchain-native environment. This model includes a tokenized real estate (RWA) component and a Layer-2 blockchain-powered ecosystem utility token.
COMMUNITY/UTILITY TOKEN ECOSYSTEM
The native utility and governance token across all AMIHAN communities. This token will be used for resort access, payments, staking, and DAO governance. While powering the AMIHAN Layer 2 blockchain, it also creates exclusivity among members and tons of utility for RWA token owners, guests and followers.
